Ten riverside, which is based in the ancient city Kanazawa, launched the new stem tea project as an industry-academia partnership. As a result, our tea brand Bowcha “SHUN” was created. With an unprecedented roasting method, it has a rich aroma and a refreshing taste with little bitterness. In addition, "SHUN" is kind to the environment and our health as it is certified by Rainforest Alliance and JAS. It has low caffeine level, therefore this could be enjoyed anytime of the day.
